Purchase Procedure
At Petrola, we have aimed to enhance the transaction experience by streamlining the purchasing process to make it as short, secure, and efficient as possible.
Initial Consultation and Negotiation
In the first step, whether through a phone call or an in-person visit to Petrola’s sales offices—our consultants provide buyers with all necessary information regarding the products, sales terms, pricing, packaging, loading, and delivery.
Submitting a Letter of Intent (LOI)
In the second stage, after negotiations, an official request from the buyer’s side is emailed to Petrola’s sales department for the purpose of introducing the legal entity, specifying the desired product, determining the order volume, price target, and finally the delivery destination.

Issuance of FCO, Proforma Invoice, and Payment
In the third step, after the request is reviewed by Petrola’s sales specialists, an FCO containing the price and delivery details is sent to the buyer. Upon confirmation, a Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued, and the buyer proceeds with the payment according to the agreed terms.
Preparation, Loading, and Delivery
In the final step, after full settlement of the proforma invoice, the process of preparation, loading, and dispatch begins according to the agreed terms. The shipment is delivered to the buyer or their authorized representative upon receipt confirmation.
