Purchase procedure

At Petrola, we have strived to simplify the product purchasing process by making it as short, secure, and efficient as possible.

1. Initial Consultation and Negotiation

In the first stage, our consultants provide buyers with necessary information regarding the products, sales conditions, pricing, packaging, loading, and shipping either through a phone call or by visiting our sales offices.

2. Official Request Submission (LOI)

After the negotiation stage, buyers will submit an official request including the introduction of the legal entity, the desired product, the order quantity, the target price, and ultimately the delivery destination via email to Petrola’s Sales Department.

3. FCO Submission, Proforma Invoice Issuance, and Payment

In the third stage, upon reviewing the request by Petrola’s sales experts, the FCO containing the pricing and delivery details will be sent to the buyer. After the confirmation, the proforma invoice (PI) will be issued and the buyer will pay according to the agreed terms.

4. Preparation, Loading, and Shipping

In the final stage and after the full settlement of the proforma invoice, the process of preparing, loading, and shipping the order will begin as agreed upon. The package will be delivered to the buyer or their official representative upon receipt of the delivery note.
